By using Bujrum, you agree to use the service lawfully and in a way that does not harm other learners or the service.

Early-access service

Bujrum is being actively developed. Features may change, improve, become temporarily unavailable, or be removed while the product is refined.

Accounts

You are responsible for access to your account and for activity performed through it. Do not attempt to access another learner's account or bypass security or moderation controls.

Learning content

Bujrum is designed for language learning and cultural practice. Examples, translations, pronunciation guidance, placement estimates, AI-tutor responses, and cultural notes may be revised as the curriculum improves. Please report content that appears inaccurate or unnatural.

Certificates and level estimates

Bujrum certificates confirm completion of Bujrum curriculum requirements and the associated Bujrum assessment. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, they are independent completion certificates and are not government-issued, university-accredited, or official CEFR proficiency credentials. CEFR labels used inside Bujrum describe curriculum alignment or learning estimates rather than formal external certification.

Live and community features

If you participate in Bujrum Live, follow the Community Guidelines. Harassment, threats, hate, sexual misconduct, impersonation, spam, or attempts to disrupt rooms or moderation systems are not permitted.

Availability and changes

The service is provided on an early-access basis without a promise that every feature will be continuously available. We may restrict access to protect users, comply with law, address abuse, or maintain the service.

Your content

You remain responsible for content you submit. By posting content needed for a Bujrum feature, you allow the service to process that content for the purpose of operating that feature.

Intellectual property

Bujrum™ and Zmaj™ are trademarks used with the Bujrum brand. The Bujrum name and logo, Zmaj character artwork, other original Bujrum characters, illustrations, graphics, interface designs, written materials, learning content, and other original creative elements are proprietary to Bujrum or its applicable rights holders and may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws to the extent provided by applicable law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, publish, create confusingly similar branding from, or commercially exploit Bujrum branding or protected creative materials without permission, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

These terms are intentionally concise for the early-access launch and may be expanded as Bujrum grows.
